Peru – Demographic description

In Lima (Peru), the citizens who participated in World Wide Views on Climate and Energy were close to the proportions of the general population of Peru in gender, age, urban-rural place of residence, education and ethnicity (8 points or less).

The greatest difference is in the proportion between Lima City (Lima Metropolitana and Callao) and the other places of Peru (16 points).

Regarding environmental issues, only 6% of the participants were activists or members of an environmental organization.
